Jim Mantle brings to Alchimie over 25 years of professional services, projects and business leadership experience to our clients. Jim has extensive experience in many infrastructure markets, in particular in gaining an understanding of key drivers for the clients in each market, and how these drive the procurement solutions to manage delivery risks. Key markets which form part of Jim’s business portfolios and interest in project delivery procurement / commercial alignment and contractual approaches include building and civil infrastructure, Alliances, Power, Water and Environment, Mining, and Oil and Gas.

Emily Phillips is Alchimie’s Principal Consultant and Coach in Transformation and High Performance specialising in Organisational Capability for Transformation and Growth, Mergers Acquisitions and Integrations, Strategy, Teamwork, and Process Efficiency. Emily is a seasoned Program Director and expert in the delivery of Projects and Change who knows what it takes for organisations to create a culture and capability that enables agility and speed.She has over 20 years hands on experience of embedding large scale complex transformation in a sustainable way across Business and Technology and has led national and global programs with budgets in excess of $400m in critical start up and rescue situations, working with C and B level Executives and across all levels of an organisation.

Andrew has over 25 years’ industry experience and has led numerous project teams that have delivered over $1B of infrastructure below budget and ahead of time. Andrew knows what it takes to deliver exceptional projects that exceed client expectations, and how important the procurement is to great program outcomes. Andrew has wonderful insight into the procurement phase of programs and projects and has assisted clients to procure large infrastructure programs and projects over the past decade and led and coached more than 30 proponent teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Over Warrick’s lengthy career, and through his varied roles, he has developed a wide skill set including change management, talent management, strategic business partnering, industrial relations, executive coaching, performance management systems and delivered a wide range of training & training systems. Warrick has a passionate belief in challenging thinking and inspiring excellence, helping facilitate strategic and operational clarity, consistency and commitment. He works with people and teams in projects and organisations to co-create pathways for high performance strategy and implementation.

Mandy manages the Alchimie office and provides executive administration support to all our consultants in service of our clients. Mandy is the first point of call and co-ordinator for many of our clients and does a fantastic job of ensuring all our consultants are in the right place at the right time, with the right materials they need to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Mandy has been with Alchimie for 15 years and is valued by the team for the generous support she provides to all.

Michael has built expertise in improving businesses and projects, and managing the change. His focus is a behavioural and systems approach to organisational, team and individual coaching and development, leveraging more than 30 years in engineering, project management through the delivery of major projects, and maintenance services. He is an experienced relationship and performance coach and has provided successful coaching and facilitation for a range of organisations and teams. Michael offers strategic and commercial advice and is an experienced facilitator of risk and value engineering for high-performance outcomes.

Will Minson over the last few years has successfully transitioned from a 14-year professional sporting career into the engineering and professional services industry. Working primarily in new business and strategy, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the Australian major infrastructure environment from a macro level and over the past year from the micro level as a structural engineer on the Victorian Government’s level crossing removal program. Will is excited to have joined Alchimie, here he will continue to enact positive change in people and organisations across the engineering and construction industries, whilst undertaking training in coaching and facilitation.
Will is passionate about being an advocate for closing the gap in Indigenous health and well-being. As an ambassador and board member of Red Dust Role Models, he regularly spends time in remote Aboriginal communities delivering health education initiatives and engages with governments and the private sector to secure financial and in-kind support.

Chyonne is a consultant, facilitator, coach, and qualified lawyer who is passionate about helping clients to build their capability in leadership, collaboration and resilience. Chyonne has deep expertise in negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution and spent the first 12 years of her career practicing as a lawyer, accumylating extensive negotiation experience, especially in the context of major infrastructure projects.

Derek McCoy is a Senior Infrastructure Planner and Engineer with over 40 years’ experience. He has been extensively involved with major infrastructure project procurement, design and delivery in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, including membership of project management boards and governance groups. He has also participated in wider industry initiatives, including Infrastructure New Zealand and the Association of Consulting Engineers of New Zealand (ACENZ). Derek has strong analytical skills and extensive facilitation experience, to support clients develop and implement complex infrastructure programmes, change management processes and new business strategies.

Lesley is a sought after, “outside of the box”, highly experienced coach of leaders and their high performing teams. Over nearly 20 years she has accumulated 1000’s of coaching hours with various accreditations and qualifications in the industry. Lesley has spent a great deal of time working with executive and senior leaders across a variety of industries and understands their pain points and the many challenges they face.
