What we do: transaction facilitation

Our procurement and contracting service covers the full lifecycle of contracts, from the start of selection through to completion of the delivery phase or, where appropriate, into the operational phase. Our consultants have been involved in more than 80 alliances, ECIs and relationship contracts, with many of these being from “cradle-to-grave”.

Specific services include facilitation and support to:
  • Develop strategies, frameworks and governance structures
  • Engage with industry
  • Design selection processes and prepare RFPs
  • Implement the agreed selection process
  • Ensure commercial alignment and negotiate contract
  • Interface with the owner organisation and manage stakeholders
  • Conduct value engineering (‘optioneering’) and risk/opportunity workshops
