Our Approach

Not Knowing

It may seem strange – and perhaps risky – to label our highly intelligent and capable consultants as having an approach of “not knowing”. Clearly they bring extensive knowledge and experience. The reason this approach is important includes:

  • We work on the principle that our clients have the answer – they just haven’t necessarily had the right conversation or the right thinking to uncover the answer
  • We use our knowledge and experience to sense the right question
  • We use questions not only to move the conversation forward, but – just as importantly – to shift perspectives.

It is through aligning mindsets and creating clear context that breakthrough ideas emerge and people own and commit to the outcome.
